The Hotel Le Lagon reception is open 24 hours a day and can be contacted either by phone: 26.12.55 or by e-mail: resa@lelagon.nc.
Reservations will be honoured in the room category confirmed at the time of booking. A credit card number is required to guarantee the reservation.
Hotel LE LAGON cannot be held responsible for the non-availability of the type of room or suite selected. Any change to the initial guaranteed reservation must be indicated in writing, giving precise details of the new request.
The rooms are non-smoking, although smoking is permitted on the terrace (except for the Hypoallergenic rooms). Similarly, requests for baby cots, high chairs and accessible rooms must be made at the time of booking.
Suites with spa pool are for 2 adults only and cannot accommodate any extra guests.
Baby cot: 500 XPF incl. VAT per day available in suites only.
Check-in and check-out times
Room check-in: from 2.00 pm Room check-out: 11.00 am > Early check-in: for the convenience of guests arriving before 2.00 pm, we recommend that you pre-register your room the day before so that you can use it on arrival. This pre-registration will be charged at your preferential rate. Late check-out: between 11.00 and 17.00 à studio: 8 204F HT à suite: 10 874 F HT. Beyond this, the entire night will be billed at the nightly rate.
5.FAMILIES
Children under the age of 12, sharing a suite with their parents and sleeping on the sofa-bed, will be accommodated free of charge. All adults will be charged an additional 4,000 francs (tax included).
6.RESTAURANT
LE GAUGUIN is the restaurant of the hotel LE LAGON. Breakfast is served from 06:00 to 09:30, Monday to Friday and from 07:00 to 11:30 on Saturdays and Sundays, all year round, with the exception of special days (Christmas Day, Easter Day, Mother's and Father's Day and New Year's Day). For lunch and dinner, the service is outsourced to the hotel's partner restaurants. Dishes ordered can be brought to the room by LE LAGON hotel staff. Cost of room service: 500 XPF per person, tax included. In addition, a self-service vending machine with home-made dishes is available at LE LAGON reception.
7.CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Requests to cancel a booking must be made in writing and will be subject to the following conditions. 1. Cancellations made before 6 p.m. on the day before the arrival date: no penalty. 2. After this time, the first night will be charged - accommodation basis 3. In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the stay will be charged - accommodation basis 4. In the event of a delay of more than 24 hours without written notice from you, the hotel reserves the right to make the room or suite available again for reservation. 5. No refund will be made for early departure. 6. The date of receipt of the client's cancellation letter received by LE LAGON hotel (letter, email) will be deemed authentic.
8.GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Our rates are exclusive of TCG and denominated in Pacific Francs (XPF). Payment in Euro is possible at the rate of : 1 Euro = 119.331 XPF updated price list 2. Our rates are based on a room or suite occupancy of one to two people. 3. Our rates are subject to change without notice should the economic situation so require. 4. All taxes levied on our services are additional. We reserve the right to recover any changes that may be made to these taxes. Similarly, any new tax will be added to our prices.
9: OTHERS
In the event of exceptional circumstances or force majeure, Hotel LE LAGON reserves the right to arrange accommodation in a hotel of an equivalent category at no extra charge. The costs inherent in transfers will be borne by the Hotel LE LAGON, which may not be called upon to pay any compensation whatsoever.
